I'd have to say that the Internet itself is the perfect starting point for the community that I'd find the most ideal. I personally would love to live in a community which thrived & flourished upon the talents and skills of the individuals residing within. A community which was the combination of a dorm / a small city / & a business. Dormitory / town house like setting where everyone lived together & were able to rely upon one another for what ever amenities.In addition it would be a dorm like situation in the sense that those with similar skill sets & training would live together in "clusters: Next the idea of a small city come into play as the community / living complex itself would have all those things that one would find in a small city. Lastly the people within the community would work within the community / living complex itself providing services and what ever else which was needed by the community itself and then hiring out those same services & or products to other businesses / communities for a minimal amount of profit.... I'm sure this plan or a similar one could be implemented all it would take is individuals looking to create & participate in the Next Community Model....
