There are many different communities that exhist for different reasons....some last, some don't...some never could.

Initial conversations:

What does your ideal community look like?
Have you found your community, or have you initiated/created your ideal community?
What successes/failures/learnings have you experienced?
What are the key elements that help your community endure change, time, growth and/conflict?

We will discuss ideals/ecxperiments, offer advice, and ultimately challenge ourselves to put these into practice.
As a member of "Creating Community", we not only participate in (and benefit from!) our communities, but we nurture them with the utmost care, with compassion, and an unconditional love for the human condition.

As we discover our roles and refine & define our gifts, let us wear:
- the shoes of a stumbling toddler
- the hat of a humble servant
- the lenses of a wise old person

Let us gain from understanding the other, and sacrifice a little bit of ourselves in exchange for something greater: Community!
